Streetlight: Static, but very long and thin. Appears rotated many directions.
Police Car: Move back and forth (horizontally).
Helicopter: Moves up and down (vertically).

Though you face cones, police, streetlights, and even helicopters, fear not. You have the power to draw your way around.
